The hotel felt quite homely with small yet comfortable rooms for our family of four. It was impeccably clean and had thoughtful touches like vases, and even provided pegs for laundry. The service was efficient and friendly, but we felt a bit rushed during check-out. The location was perfect for my conference at SeaWorld Nara Resort, but the wind tunnel effect was a downside. The dining experience was wonderful with Italian dishes, and we enjoyed the convenient cafe on the ground floor.

The hotel is nestled in a quieter area of the Gold Coast, offering stunning panoramic views from every window spanning the ocean, city, and hills. While the trolleys at the carpark simplify luggage transport, the attention to detail needs improvement. Conveniently located near various eateries, cafes, bakeries, it provides a serene getaway with a lively surrounding.

The hotel is located a little out of Surfers, offering a fantastic view and close proximity to everything needed. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds, although sunlight may wake you up early. The service was outstanding, with responsive and lovely staff. The location is upbeat and comfortable, providing excellent views, and the dining options outside the building were wonderful. However, the lack of use of some facilities like the outdoor swimming pool was a downside.
